   Focused on the architecture, development and operation of Generative AI platforms, with a strong cloud infrastructure and production-deployment component. I design and implement Generative AI flows with Dify and Gemini models, integrating RAG systems and optimizing conversational behavior through prompt tuning and business logic.

   On the infrastructure side, I manage and provision environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP): spinning up and configuring virtual machines, preparing production environments and maintaining high-availability services for large-scale clients in sectors such as healthcare and mass customer service.

   As a key milestone, I built a modern monitoring platform from scratch with SigNoz and ClickHouse, with dashboards for the overall status of GCP VMs and per-client cost tracking, significantly improving observability over the previous setup.

   I contribute to the continuous evolution of the internal AI-agent management platforms, working on both Frontend and Backend to add new features, improve the user experience and fine-tune agent behavior.

   I also integrate conversational assistants across channels —WhatsApp, web chat and smart telephony (Asterisk/IVR)— connecting REST APIs for availability lookups, bookings and real-time appointment management.

   Responsible for the Cloud and DevOps infrastructure of a regional data platform (remote) that processes large volumes of information at scale for multiple business areas. Managed AWS environments through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, building reusable modules and ensuring consistent, secure and scalable deployments.

   Led the design and automation of CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, coordinated critical releases with automated testing and post-production monitoring, and refactored Apache Airflow DAGs to optimize ingestion flows from multiple sources and data transformation into Snowflake.

   Also mentored new team members (a team of 10+ people), facilitating their technical onboarding and promoting best practices in cloud architecture, automation and security.

   Integrated Redux for more efficient state management and worked on UX/UI improvements such as dark mode and optimized components. Implemented Docker deployments and optimized image builds, speeding up product releases.

   Made functional improvements to the APIs (new features and parameters) and database adjustments to support this expansion. Additionally, trained internal teams in Web and React Native development, sharing best practices and boosting the team's technical growth.
